The problem
ASX stocks have a staggered open, so a standard opening range indicator on TradingView needs changing before it works on them. The trader also wanted the gap and the position size on the chart.
What I built
- Opening ranges plotted for ASX stocks, adapted to the staggered open
- The opening range measured as a percentage of ATR or ADR, with an ADR option
- Gap shown in percent and in points
- A position sizing calculator on the chart, using the settings applied
